This natural lung detox recipe is packed with ingredients known for their potential health benefits. It includes onions, ginger, turmeric, honey, and water. The combination of these ingredients is believed to support lung health and detoxification.
Take a saucepan where you’ll put the water. Put it on the stove on medium heat.
Add the turmeric, ginger and onion in it.
Before it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low. Leave the mixture to simmer well. The liquid should be reduced to half of when you put it on the stove.
Take it away from the stove and let it cool down.
Add the honey in cooled liquid and stir well.
Pour the mixture in the glass jar and close it with a lid.
After the mixture has cooled completely, put it in the fridge.
