- 2 tbsp green tea or one tea bag
- ¼ tsp powdered cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp powdered turmeric.
- 1 tsp honey prefer local produce
- 2 slices lemon peel included
Add all dry ingredients - green tea, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder into your French press.
Pour water halfway up to the French press and let it steep for about five minutes
Allow the mixture to cool down before adding ice cubes for an extra chill effect along with a few fresh lemon slices
- Adjust the amount of honey or stevia as per your taste preference.
