Equipment

  • 1 French press
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp green tea or one tea bag
  • ¼ tsp powdered cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp powdered turmeric.
  • 1 tsp honey  prefer local produce
  • 2 slices lemon peel included

Instructions
 

  • Add all dry ingredients - green tea, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder into your French press.
  • Pour water halfway up to the French press and let it steep for about five minutes
  • Allow the mixture to cool down before adding ice cubes for an extra chill effect along with a few fresh lemon slices

  • Adjust the amount of honey or stevia as per your taste preference.
  • The tea can be enjoyed hot during colder months. Just skip the ice and lemon slices, and sip it warm!
