- 1 liter water
- 2 bananas sliced
- 2 sticks cinnamon
Add Bananas
While the water is heating up, slice the bananas into rounds.
Once the water is boiling, add the banana slices to the pot.
Strain and Serve
You can strain the mixture using a strainer to remove the banana pieces and cinnamon sticks or serve it as is with the solids.
Pour the tea into cups and serve warm, preferably an hour before bedtime.
