Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Silicone liner
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 cooking spatula optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Self-rising Flour
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Fat Free

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of self-rising flour.
  • Add 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt to the bowl.
  • Using a spoon, mix together the self-rising flour and fat-free Greek yogurt until they combine to form a dough. Be careful not to over-mix.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • While the air fryer is preheating, shape the dough into small biscuit shapes. The size and thickness are up to you, but remember that thicker biscuits will take longer to cook.
  • Place a silicone liner in the air fryer basket. This will prevent the biscuits from sticking to the basket.
  • Arrange the biscuits on the silicone liner. Make sure they are not touching, as they will expand during cooking.
  • Cook the biscuits in the preheated air fryer for 12 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, you may want to flip the biscuits to ensure even cooking, but this is optional.

Notes

These biscuits are a great alternative to traditional buttermilk and butter biscuits. They are simple to make and delicious. Enjoy them with your favorite toppings or use them as a base for a breakfast sandwich.
