>> Well, I never wear sunscreens ever. But
0:04
because I have what's called milky skin,
0:06
I have to be careful.
0:08
So, if I go to the beach or slide by the
0:10
pool, I have my watch.
0:13
15 minutes front, 15 minutes back, then
0:15
under the umbrella. Cuz I know if I do
0:17
more than that, I will burn.
0:20
And you know, when people are going to
0:21
go a light light in the sun for hours
0:23
that they're going to burn.
0:25
So, they put sunscreens on. Well, that
0:26
Great Barrier Reef, you've heard of the
0:28
Great Great Barrier Reef in Australia?
0:30
You have to go 5 km out now to see it.
0:33
And part of it is because of the
0:35
sunscreens all Australians have been
0:36
brainwashed that they have to wear this
0:38
sunscreen.
0:39
So, if you're going to be out in the sun
0:41
for a long period, wear a shirt, wear a
0:42
big hat.
0:43
>> [laughter]
0:44
>> You've got to protect that skin. But if
0:46
you have dark skin, you can have 10
0:48
times the sun that I can have.
0:50
>> [gasps]
0:50
>> So, the darker the skin, the more you
0:52
need. But it's a pity that people have
0:54
gone from too much sun to no sun. And
0:57
now we've got vitamin D deficiency
0:58
popping up everywhere. And they have
1:00
discovered that vitamin D deficiency is
1:02
a contributing factor to skin cancer.
1:07
People aren't getting enough sun.
1:10
So, it's a balance.
